This 20" diameter disc cooker is 3/16” thick steel and about 3.5” deep!!! This has an added drain shelf to place foods out of skillet on to drip, like greasy/fried foods. That way the food doesn't get soggy laying in a sheet pan. The drain shelf is removeable also or it can spin out of the way. The handles are heavy duty 3/8 inch rod with coolsprings. Great for fajitas, frying and even breakfasts on the camp fire! Can be used over live fire or a propane cooker stand like a turkey fryer burner.
