Hand forged Flambadou. This is a mid-evil style basting device that the French reintroduced a while back. It's a fat baster. Get the cone really hot, then place a fat in the cone to catch fire and render quickly. Then as it is flaming, carefully drizzle over the meat of your choice to add an extra layer flavor, not to mention you will be a real showman to your guests!! Approx. 22"-24" long.
